Amy Starr:

Weaver of Sacred Threads

My path has never been linear—it has been a descent, a reckoning.

I first entered through the doorway of yoga and somatic movement, where breath and body became my teachers of presence. From there, I was called deeper—into Temple Codes Kundalini Activation and Body De-Armouring, where I witnessed the raw power of life force awakening. My path carried me through the currents of Magdalene Reiki, the vast remembrance of the Akashic Records, and the steady, grounding practice of breathwork and mindful movement.

This descent didn’t ask for honesty, it demanded it. It asked me to face the shadows I once avoided, to strip away illusion, to meet myself in the places I would have rather razed with fire. Again and again, I was initiated into the truth that descent is not destruction—it is initiation.

I live this work as gospel—written in my bones, breathed through my body—because it continues to shape me. And it is from this living descent that I now guide others: into the body as altar, the soul as scripture, and the spirit as the flame that cannot be extinguished.

Each training has been more than study—it has been initiation. These lineages and practices live in me not as techniques alone, but as sacred threads I now weave in service of others. Together, they form a tapestry of remembrance: ancient wisdom meeting the modern soul, carried through the body as a living temple.

Here, we descend into the raw, beautiful truth of who we are. Through movement, breath, energy, and remembrance, we reclaim the pieces we thought were lost and rise from the fire—whole, alive, and powerful.

This Temple is not bound by walls. It is a living sanctuary, woven through breath, body, and remembrance. Here, we walk together into the depths, and in the places we once feared, we discover the gold.

Sacred Descent

Sacred Descent: The path of turning inward and downward—into the hidden, the shadowed, the places we often avoid. It is the ancient initiation of surrendering to the depths, where the ego unravels and the soul remembers. In the temple, descent is not collapse but ceremony: a conscious choice to meet the underworld within, to face what has been buried, and to retrieve the gold that waits there.

It is messy, raw, and holy. Descent strips away illusion, softens defenses, and awakens the body as an altar. It is the journey where we discover that the darkness is not a punishment but a portal—one that leads us back to wholeness, power, and radiant return.

I hold this space because I descend down into the chaos myself and return carrying gold.

This living temple is my offering—a place where descent becomes initiation, and the darkness reveals its treasures. Here, nothing within you is too much, too broken, or too messy. Every unraveling has its place, every silence its wisdom. In this sanctuary, you are invited to lay it all down, to meet yourself in the hidden corners, and to rise with the power that has always been yours.
